Hey there! We’re Adam and Sam, the husband-and-wife team behind Freshly Prepped. We’re just a couple of food-loving folks who turned our kitchen hobby into something we can share with you. That's right—we bought a food truck! 

 

Adam’s a North Carolina native and United States Navy vet, and Sam grew up out in Northern California. These days, we’re usually in the kitchen together—cooking, laughing, chasing our kids around, and singing (badly but proudly) to Luke Combs.

We’ve picked up flavors from all over thanks to traveling and living abroad, and we love mixing those into our meals.
